Terms and Conditions

* You can participate in the event only if your registration is comfirmed by the event coordinator, You are responsible for finding out whether this is the case by checking the list of participants at www.iaeste.net.

* If you are registered and cannot attend the event, you must cancel your registration by writing an e-mail to sid@iaeste.at before the registration closing time.

* If your registration is on the waiting list, you are expected to be available for taking part in the event in case a place becomes free. Otherwise, you must cancel your registration by writing an e-mail to sid@iaeste.at before the registration closing time.

* If you show up late at the event without notifying the organizers in advance, IAESTE Austria has the right to charge you the fee for the entire event.

* IAESTE Austria is not liable for any injury or damage to your property that might occur before, during or after the event. You must be properly insured against accidents.
